Anchor Health Homecare Services Interview Questions

I was contacted for an interview for the director position in coordination. Although the company was "flexible" with the interview date, they only offered to do the interview between the hours of 5pm-7pm which is very strange. Once I arrived to the interview, the CEO completed the interview with information on the company and all the issues that they are suffering with. CEO complained of lack of communication between departments and his coordinators being lazy and not wanting to do their job. Initially I was excited for this interview, but after my initial impression on the company culture exhibited by the CEO, I was immediately turned off and hoped they would not contact me for a second interview or job offer.
