After application (which was long and did not pull from my resume), several interviews with a recruiter (like 3 or 4). After clearing that stage, final interview was with senior leadership for over an hour.

Met with HR twice and interviewed with hiring manager. Then was interviewed by a different hiring manager for a different position. Never heard back either way. Felt like they were disorganized and transitioning in a lot of areas.

Very lengthy but, professional and they prepare you very well for the position. They make sure you feel confident going into the position. They also have great structuring and care about their employees
- Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. I interviewed at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield
It was a video where I had to record myself answering questions. Their system had technical issues and would only record the first 30 sec of my video. I emailed the recruiter to advise them and they never got back to me.
- My background experience. How I was as a leader.

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I interviewed at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield
Way to many video/phone call interviews for a low level associate position. No need for multiple interviews by different department heads from different states for a simple customer service job. The amount of money the company is paying management employees to conduct these interviews says a lot about the company's wasteful spending. Red flag to me was the extreme low pay and slow hiring process. Telling me I had to be available at different start times and not knowing when those start times/days would be...come on. They want stability in an employee yet are unable to provide that for the employees. If they are in such desperate demand for employees why are they pushing people away with this nonsense.
