I had a phone screening with hhrr. They sent me a coding challenge of 1 hour . Not complicated. It was 2 JavaScript functions and tic tac toe in react. After that I did a live coding app of todo app similar to mvc todo list . And a debugging round in which they sent me a code base in react redux and I had to find the bugs. It was ok , they help me when I got stuck and it was clear.I think the process is too long to eventually get rejected they could probably know sooner if i will be rejected.
