The entire process was quick and everyone I talked to seemed to really believe in the company and seemed like good people to work with/for. The take home yest was very reasonable and actually indicative of actual work you would do on the job instead of random leetcode. The instructions could be a little clearer though.
My only issue with the process was that it's just a random rotation of people interviewing you and you don't find out until the offer what position, team, and manager you'll have. So you could have gone through this whole process without ever meeting anyone you'll be working with or even knowing if there is a position open for you. To me this removes the two way street that interviewing is supposed to be and also makes me hesitant to continue interviewing as I can't even be sure they have a position or what position it is.
Overall though I really liked their interview process (though it could be one interview shorter) and they were very prompt with getting back to me.
