Interview
First Interview was with Business Development Manager. The second interview was with department heads in North America (business development - Electrical & Mechanical department as well as the HR manager) - HR manager was though bit unprofessional, she promised to reply affirmatively or negatively in 1 week time, i had to send an email and afterwards a phone call before i got an answer by email
It was well thought through and leaders were pleasant and professional. The questions made sense and they gave me time to respond proficiently. They were clear in the next steps and the recruitment process overall was good.

3 questions to prepare for, looking through their current website and describe my thoughts and basic competitive analysis. Then other behavioural question and questions around experience. Overall a really nice conversation.
