The interview process was very very long. It took nearly 2 months to get through. The process started with a case study assessment, and an Excel assessment. Both were an hour long and completed over the phone with someone currently working in the position (note: you need to prepare beforehand for these, they are no joke). If you pass your assessments you get invited to interview in person. This happened about 4 weeks after I took my assessments, with little communication in between. The in person interview is around 4 hours and you meet with people from the associate level up to the CFO of the Resource Group. If you move on to the next stage you will interview with the director of the group a week later. After they collect all the interview notes from the past 1.5 months they will review over the next week and then make a recommendation to hire or not. If they make a recommendation to hire it takes around another week to get it approved by the leadership team.
