Submitted an application via their online portal which was extremely use me friendly. Two weeks later I received a call from the department supervisor requesting a phone interview. A second interview followed a week after the phone interview. A verbal offer was made a few days after the second interview.

    I was granted an interview through an employee referral. I received an initial call to set up the interview. At the interview there were two managers. One manager did most of the speaking while the other chimed in at times. After the interview I received a call the next day offering the position.
