Spoke with a recruiter and the lead dentist and had a positive experience learning about the company and future position and expectations. Very relaxed process and understand that they are recruiting you to help maximize your learning and skills.

Process was extremely efficient, could tell everyone there was working hard to get me on board. Ultimately did not accept due to location, but was very impressed by the speed of the interview process, especially when compared to other practices.
- General conversation to explore what skills I had and whether that would be a good fit for the office

It was laid back, allowing me to see the office operations. The Owner doc encouraged me to explore all my options before making any decision which only made me feel better about the amazing team at the office I interviewed with.

Quick and easy interview process. Everyone was very friendly. I managed to find the office I wanted to work for in a month. All the staff were friendly towards me and so was the hiring doctor.

The interview process was very low stress and they went out of their way to show me around. They allow you to shadow in the office during your interview as well so it's a good way to get a feel for how the office is run on a daily basis.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aspen Dental (Oregon City, OR) in Apr 2018
Casual but professional interview process that was more of a conversation than a bullet point of questions. Asked about my CV and experiences, what I felt comfortable doing and expectations. I answered my questions honestly and the interviewer (from what I can gauge) gave an honest assessment of my feedback as well. Overall, very kind and easy going interview, it did not feel like a grill session at all.
- What procedures do you feel most comfortable doing.

The company regional operations manager was very friendly , but the owner dentist was not. I was asked about my interest in the position and explained all the details of the contract. I was informed about the earning potential. The owner dentist was not very friendly, did not ask me about anything and not interested. The staff was very receptive and interested.
- If i wanted to stay in the location.
