The way they operate is borderline Malpractice the way they approach dental care and treatment planning. Corporate feel was very strong, and interfered with integrity of the profession and my values.

They asked me when I could start and if I had any questions about working there. Very few interview questions directed at me as they seemed to really need to hire someone for the availability.

Interview process was very laid back. They hire everyone. Pay scale is average and they work you into the ground. Would not recommend. Owner dentists are very micromanaging and there is constantly a team telling you how to do dentistry.

They ask you the generic questions you'll get on almost any interview. I'm sure it completely depends on who is asking the questions. Overall a decent experience. Good luck to everyone!

There were multiple phone calls to see if you would be a fit at a specific office and see what offices had positions available in a geographic area within the US

In person, easy, just asked about you, then asked if you had questions about them. they try to pull you in. just be yourself. be a nice person ready to work hard.

Phone interview with friendly recruiter. Followed by in-office interview with current practice owner. The initial recruiter answered all of my questions and did a good job explaining the needs of the office I was being recruited for.
