Aspen Dental PSR Interview Questions

Took several weeks, alot of training modules, sometimes ask you to do a working interview, ask if you will travel and etc etc etc criminal background check is required and you have to wait for it to come back

Interview was a bit abrupt and felt very rushed, however, it was pointed and an easy process overall. Gentleman interviewing seemed a bit distracted but was patient with my many questions.

They had me in the interview for 45 minutes and they talked about the benefits and other perks of working at Aspen and they gave me a timeline which made me believe it went really well since in my past experience a long interview was a sign of a possible job offer and I usually got the job. I know it wasnt me that failed at the interview as in my last position I beat out 110 applicants for the job based on personality. Well apparently they dont want a good personality.

I applied online and it was easy but very lengthy. They called to set up an interview about a half hour after I finished my application. I met with the office manager and the regional manager both of which were extremely nice and welcoming. They had me step out front and shadow the current PSR for about a half hour. They then called me back and offered me the job on the spot! They were very open about any questions I had and explained the position in depth. So excited to start!

I applied online and received a phone call a couple weeks later, did a phone interview with the office manager and then she called me in for an in person interview. I interviewed with the Office manager first which was really pleasant - she was extremely nice. And then interviewed with the regional manger and she was very nice as well - but a little more strict - its been two days since the third interview, now just waiting on a call back!

The interview Process was one of the best Interview I've ever gone through. It took about two weeks. First I met with the office Manager who was so down to earth and made you feel like you were talking to one of your friends. Secondly met with the Regional who was more strict but overall completely nice and knowledgeable of what she is looking for. Lastly met with the Doctor who was very to the point.

Phone interview lasted Phone interview lasted only a few minutes. It was just a simple phone call. Said she will follow up after interviewing other candidates. a few minutes. It was just a simple phone

THEY ASKED ME IF I HAD BACKGROUND IN DENTAL AND I ANSWERED NO, they went on asking me about why I wanted to work for a dental office and what made me want to do the switch from healthcare to dental. They said they were looking for someone that was used to a fast-paced office, and that's the kind of office I came from. A lot of people around the office said that they were hired on quickly because they came from busy backgrounds

Sit down interview with the regional manager and office manager they asked my experience and how well i handle pressure and a fast pace environment. We went over my skills and they explained that they would notify me within a couple days if the position was mine.
