I applied online and was called shortly after for an in person interview. After the interview I was told I would be contacted the next day. I did not hear from them for a few days so I called the interviewer. He once again told me he would contact me the next day as they had not reached a decision yet. I did not hear from him for several days. I called after about a week and left a voicemail and never received a call. Very unprofessional.
- How well do you work under pressure?

Anonymous Employee in Spokane, WA
I applied online. I interviewed at Aspen Dental (Spokane, WA) in Jul 2017
You meet with an Office Manager one-on-one in the break room. I was asked very traditional interview questions (e.g, What are your greatest strengths?). There were no behavior based interview questions (e.g., Give an example of an occasion when you used logic to solve a problem) which I appreciated! About 3 days after the initial interview the regional manager called and familiarized himself with me. The following week I had an in-person interview with that same regional manager. It was all very relaxed, and friendly. The people I interviewed with were professional without seeming stiff. Just remember to be a person, rather than a verbal resume. They love to reciprocate smiles!
- Where do you see yourself in five years?
