I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AspireIQ in January 2018.

Interview

I was referred by a recruiter. 1st round of the interview was with the founder. The founder unfortunately rescheduled our interview twice last minute, over the span of two weeks, citing reasons that he was traveling and that his kid was sick. When we finally spoke two weeks later, the first question he asked was- "Why did you think you can do sourcing and recruiting better than our CTO". I told him it was unprofessional to reschedule candidates so many times and that I don't feel there is a fit here based on his questions and attitude. I ended the interview early with courtesy and hung up.
