Interview
I was interviewed along with another person answering the same questions. It was the first time I had been in an interview like that but it was more natural than I initially expected. The questions asked were relevant to the position. The interview was not very long.

How would you handle dealing with a conflict between two children?
The interview process was alright. They asked me about how my skills and experience can help me in the role. They just wanted to make sure I was fit for it.

I was in an interview with another individual at once which was slightly odd but ultimately okay. We were asked the same question one after another, so you didn't want to repeat what the other person said.
