    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Atkins (London, England (UK)) in June 2015.

    Interview

After I applied on-line, I tried to contact people via Linked In to get a flavour on the corporatre culture. This is when I heard from the hiring manager. We had then a preliminary phone interview, which went well and I was invited to a face to face interview. The process at Atkins was friendly, more some kind of general conversation but the interviewers were very experienced professionals so nothing was left to chance. I am afraid I didn't get the job because I was asked if I would work in a nuclear power plant (this has nothing to do with my skills or sectorial experience), and I replied I would rather be interested to work in a sector where I am experienced and have skills to offer.

    Interview Questions

    • Describe a successful and a difficult project I worked on ?
Why am I interested in joining Atkins ?
What if (I was then asked if I would accepted to work on a dangerous site, which had nothing to do with my professional field) ?   Answer Question
