    First round: simple questions about your project experience, general questions about the field knowledge like the new features of Android
    Second round: technical questions like the project tools you've used
    Third round: manager interview, ask me questions like why you want to work here etc. Then you can ask him questions

    Well, you will have almost half a day interview process around 4-6 turns.
    Firstly, HR will contact you via phone and know your basic information. And then they will require you for onsite interview from your future colleagues to architect, and your future manager.
    Only final turn is English required.

    talked about something about testing technologies, and skills, even asked me why i wanted to change a job and why choosed ADSK
    wrote scripts and checked previous working experience

    last round, met with sr SQA manager, and discussed with HR
    got the offer 2 weeks later.

    took 3 weeks until i got the confirmation.

    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Autodesk (Shanghai, Shanghai (China)) in November 2012.

    Interview

    I got a phone interview first. It was about some basic tech concept.
    One week later, I got the phone call from the manager, asking for an onsite interview.
    The onsite interview took basically a whole day. First I solved a paper of questions, some are coding questions, some are just math or brain teasers. Then 3 engineers talked to me one by one, asking questions related to daily coding. Last the manager came out and went through the paper I finished before.
    One week later, I got the job offer.
