Avon interviews usually happen with HR, followed by category managers and the category VP. It is very much a personality test as much as it is behavioral and a skills assessment. The Avon culture is very consensus driven, and the ability to forge relationships and get buy-in is critical. While eagerness is valued - personalities that are too strong may be a put off in this "nice" culture.

Ya que la posición se necesitaba cubrir lo más pronto posible, el proceso fue muy rápido. En no más de 1 semana ya tenía una respuesta. Varios filtros y entrevistas con RH y jefe de área/equipo.

Les interesa saber sobre ti y actividades fuera del trabajo. Claro que también es importante tu experiencia y si es relacionada con el sector, mucho mejor. Dependiendo el área puede hacerte alguna evaluación, por ejemplo sobre conocimientos de Excel.

They were very nice and welcoming. HR asked me a few questions and later endorsed me to 2 category heads. They asked me what category I preferred and I was assigned there. Easy process and the work environment is great!

Interview
First i had to wait for quite a while without any knowledge of for how long i have to wait. The HR manager during the interview was more interested in why i have left previous workplace rather than what i have learnt. I also had to pass maths test without any knowledge how it is going to be accessed.
