Submitted an application online and got a call through Aztec shops within the week. I went in for an interview with one of the hiring managers and to fill out some paperwork. I ended up getting the job right on the spot after the interview.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Aztec Shops
Interview
Pre-covid it was a giant group interview where they go around in a circle to ask questions and then if you make it to the next round they recommend you for a specific role based on your answers and experience. They hired many students at once during a hiring fest.

Question 1
They asked us to describe a situation where we overcame conflict.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aztec Shops in Aug 2015
Interview
Interview was very simple and went by rather quick. I applied for a temp position at the Bookstore thinking I'd have to work on the floor or at the cash register, but I was told that I'd would be working more "behind the scenes" with EZ Books.
I was only asked maybe three or four questions. They asked about my volunteer experience, am I detail-orientated, can I deal with heated situations/angry customers, etc. Despite all that it seemed like they were more concerned about my availability. Unfortunately, availability is probably what didn't get me the job in the end. They were hiring for Fall Rush so they needed people whose schedules were much more open. Plus, I can imagine many students are applying at this time of the year.
