Interview
Hirevue four questions and two mini games and personality test. One game was to match matching gridded shapes and one was to solve small mathematical problems. Personality test was just selecting which image represents you.

, 4 questions asking about; making a quick choice with little prior knowledge, performing a skill outside of comfort zone, a time you did the right thing even when there was an easier option, a time you set a challenging goal and how you set out completing it. Use STAR method.

Interview
Online assessment that included psychometric tests: mental maths, shape recognition, pattern recognition and some personality picture based questions. If performed well on the psychometric tests then invited to complete an online interview with 4-5 behavioural questions that had to be record and send through.
