BAE Systems Senior Simulation Software Engineer interview questions

Telephone interview, some technical questions not really software related. History of work, what would you do situation questions all in all was pretty good. Built up a rapport and seemed to get on quite easily. Felt less like an interview and more a break room chat. I declined the role as the rate was very low for a such a big change. Also it was advertised as hybrid but was in reality on site which meant a daily 3 hour commute (1.5 hrs each way).
