      Process Technology Manager Interview

      Jan 24, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Monaca, PA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BASF (Monaca, PA) in Oct 2015

      Interview

The first part of the interview was a web based screen in which a question was asked, and then you had 30 seconds to prepare an answer and then answer it on a recorded video. Each answer was timed. This was the hardest part of the process. I think there were five questions. The second part was a panel interview at the plant site consisting of the two plant managers, a technology manager, an R&D person, and HR. Each person would ask a different question focusing mostly on your experience. There was no pressure, and it turned out to be a good discussion.
