first I had a phone interview which consisted of basic background questions, then I got called in for an in person interview with the branch manager which was more of a behavioral type of interview, after that interview I got called in for a second interview with the teller supervisor about 5 days later I got a call from the recruiter and was offered the position.
The interview was pretty easygoing, they asked very basic customer service questions along with some cash handling and sales questions. The interviewer who was the manager for the branch was nice and friendly.

Question 1
What are some past sales experience that you have?
Smooth and easy process. Interview questioned were standard. I had no issues getting a call back to be hired on immediately. I support this type of interview and hope they uphold this process going forward
Had 2 interviews, was told I would be offered the job, the branch manager ended up quitting. I had to follow up multiple times and was given an impromptu phone interview with zero warning - never heard back, was totally ghosted. Overall disorganized.
