After submitting my resume, I was immediately contacted for a phone interview. Their responsiveness was awesome! In the initial phone interview, I was asked the best questions I've ever been asked in the interview process. For example, I was asked to rank my work personality through different traits. After my phone interview, I was asked back for an in-person interview where I met with three different people and had a very open and honest discussion. I felt welcomed and not intimidated whatsoever.
