Short and fair. Panel of 3 people - team lead, senior manger and director. Mostly behavioural type of questions. Interview was half an hour long. They advised they would get back to my recruiter. I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in October 2015.

Applied through online campus application system. The initial 30 min phone interview was with an HR recruiter and not a hiring manager. The questions in the phone screen are purely behavioural, and there are no analytical testing questions. But be prepared to talk about your experience in finance, especially with software programs like Excel and Bloomberg.
