Easy Interview

Application

I applied online. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Chicago, IL) in May 2015.

Interview

Very disorganized. The recruiter forgot to contact me when the second hiring manager's schedule had availability for an interview. Called 10 minutes beforehand to see if I could travel to an interview over 25 miles away.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in February 2012.

    Interview

Initially there will be a phone interview by a recruiter, asking basic situational and behavioral questions. After you pass the phone interview you will be called in for a one on one interview with the hiring manager. In my case, I was interviewed by four managers back to back. They asked technical questions pertaining to the role and work experience.

    Interview

The opportunity was in WBPO. They are relatively new to the hiring co-op students. The experiences depend on your managers and the type of role you get hired for.

The interview process included just one interview with the Manager and a team member.
