mostly domain question. They wanted domain expert rather than business analyst. Asked various capital market related questions. Not interested in Business analyst as a skill. Would recommend only to apply if you have good domain knowledge. Also company location is very far.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (Paris (France)) in December 2014.

    Interview

3 rounds interview process: HR to define the personality and basic interview questions, direct manager and senior management. Very good chat. They clearly explained the role, introduced the team and what they were looking for. Only bad thing is that the entire process was quite long and they didn't update me on it while I was keeping my interest.

Had a phone call where HR asked a few basic questions.
Had 3 interviews with project managers and line managers
Had 1 interview with the COO (very easy!!)

    - overall process was very slow (as hiring manager was on a very long leave)
    - HR was superbly arrogant and rude.

I applied online. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (Mumbai (India)) in February 2013.

    Interview

SPoke to an HR who seemed very disinterested and provided no information just scheduled an interview. On the interview day they had a test which i wasnt informed of. The test had difficult GMAT style questions. Of the 6 people present there with me, nobody cleared the test. The test was really tough. And nobody was even informed of a test. Nobody made it to the face to face interview.

    Interview

Hiring manager and then the senior director. The last round is conducted by HR people, but the purpose is to understand personality. The overall process is efficient. The compensation package is not negotiable. Overall speaking, the interview process is highly dependent on the hiring manager.
