InterviewI applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BOLD by Devoteam (Lisbon) in Apr 2020
At the start she talked about the company and then asked me, my background, what I've done before and what I was looking for. It wasn't as hard as I thought but it seems they are talking to everyone so they can fill their bases

- What MVC means and explain each one of the acronyms. What do I know about React and Redux

InterviewI applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BOLD by Devoteam (Lisbon) in Nov 2019
The interviewer was very young and arrogant. Spoke for more than 10 minutes about the company and then asked me about my past experiences, listening with a clear "I don't care" look in her face. Tested my english skills with the question "describe your last profesional experience". Then, finally, started to ask technical questions and obviously she had no idea what those questions were about, she couldn't even pronouce the correct name of tags. At last, she asked me to SPELL (that's right, SPELL) line codes. Unbelievable, terrible experience.

Face to face interview. The interviewer was a little bias because of my age. Showed no interest what so ever. I wasn't able to know if there was a little more than a few weeks and organized team of the company
Interview Questions

InterviewI applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BOLD by Devoteam (Lisbon) in Jan 2017
The interview took 1 hour. The recruiter was very helpful and empathetic, but the client's job description was very vague. It was not clear for me the tasks of this position, so I asked the recruiter what did that mean. The recruiter just suggested me to go to another interview with the client and to ask directly those questions. I expressed my doubts, but she sent me a template document to fill in with all the relevant information, saying that if the client would like my CV, they would call me for a second interview. The second interview was really bad. The manager failed the meeting. I and Bold's recruiter waited for 20 minutes to start the interview. The connection was terrible and we ended up doing the interview by phone. The whole interview was in French (Bold International didn't tell me the position required excellent knowledge of French) and the position they were looking someone for was IT and not project management or digital marketing. It was a waste of time.
Interview Questions
- 1st interview: Tell me about you. What are your main projects and outcomes? Why do you think you could be a good fit? Do you speak English fluently? 2nd interview: The manager talked 20 minutes alone about the company and the project. It made a few questions, more technically oriented. I quickly realised it was for an IT project manager position and not for a digital marketing position.

The interview process was normal, being more of a conversation. The person who interviewed me put me at ease, and this contributed to a relaxed interview where you can get the best of either side.
Interview Questions
- No specific question, very focused on the value that I could bring to BOLD.

InterviewI applied online. I interviewed at BOLD by Devoteam (Lisbon) in Nov 2016
Started by showing off the company's HQ and building up the corporate image, followed by a chat with one of the company's HR recruiters regarding academic background, qualifications, and previous work experience. The recruiter dedicated a considerable part of the interview to get up to speed on my profile while adding my personal information to the company's database, which showed a complete lack of preparation.
Interview Questions
- All questions revolved around qualifications and previous work experience, either to double-check what I listed in my resume or to make up for the lack of preparation and help fill the company's job applicant profile.
