The interview process was disturbing. The company specializes in video conferencing but couldn't get the conference video working for the interview. All I had was audio. The person I would be reporting to was on the east coast and I am in Denver.

Lots of "tell me about a time" questions. Very scripted and irritating.

Interview
Great, was made to feel completely at ease throughout and questions were as expected. Interviewers were great and that made me as an interviewee feel comfortable. One of the better interviews that I've experienced.
