    Interview

Very good, with several people, until the fellow I would be working for in this role asked me to meet him at a busy TGIF restaurant and showed up in jeans, a golf short and tennis shoes for our interview. I thought he was the busboy. It was stunning to see this guy dressed in this manner while I was dressed like a member of the secret service.

    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Badger Daylighting in June 2013.

    Interview

Interview process was quick and painless. Only down side is I was from out of state and they didn't cover overnight travel expenses. Other than that very straight forward interview. I came from a different industry so I did not have a ton of knowledge on their job specific functions. This made it difficult to answer questions so that they were related to their business. Very easy process overall
