I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Balfour Senior Living (Louisville, CO) in May 2015
Interview
It was great and very informative. I knew when I walked in the door, I wanted to work here. The interview was done very professionally. I am currently only able to work part-time since I have another job. I have always had a passion to work with others and I love the senior community.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Balfour Senior Living in Sep 2021
Interview
Honestly it was quite a joke. All they wanted to know is if you’re friendly, can take and transfer calls, and use a computer. Hardly any real questions at all.

Interview

I submitted my application online and was intrigued by the personality survey that was part of the process. I received a reply and request for interview within 24 hours of applying! What a nice change from those I've applied to and never heard a thing from!
