I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Bank of America (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2019
Interview
Applied under a general technology role and began recruiting for the position after being placed in their applicant pool after a phone call with a recruiter who asked me about my interests and resumé.
A month later I was asked to complete a 5 question, 15 minute video interview via the applicant portal using Hireview.
After continuously following up with the lead recruiter for the position and networking throughout the company, I received a Superday interview in Chicago about 10 weeks after beginning the entire process.
In Chicago, I spoke with four people involved in leadership and related departments of GTS. The interviews were consecutive and thirty minutes each. Everyone was extremely friendly and happy to have me.
There are five questions in Hirevue, and you have 30 minutes to prepare for each question. You have two minutes to answer, the recorder will stop as long as there is no time left.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Singapore) in Sep 2023
Interview
Very stressful with many behavioral questions being asked with time limited. Some of the behavioral questions overlap with each other, so it's hard to paraphrase the answer within the tine limit.
