    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Albuquerque, NM) in June 2015.

    Interview

Pretty standard. 2 manager interview for me. Basic situation based questions. About 10 people in the waiting room. Only people who did not make it had 5 different colors in their hair. They are pretty desperate to fill positions due to high turn over.

    Teller Interview

    Average Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Albuquerque, NM) in January 2012.

    Interview

I originally applied online and then a friend who was a current employee put in a recommendation for me as well. I applied online the first week in January, received a phone interview within 2 weeks, and a 1:1 interview a week after that with a start date in mid February. For the interviews, I prepared for the "when have you had ____ experience"? Biggest suggestion is to make sure to dress professionally for 1:1 interview, relax, and don't over-think answers.
