Interview

Applied online and did a personality quiz the same day, received an email one day later for confirmation of a phone interview and did the phone interview the morning afterwards. During phone interview made an appointment for a person interview.

    Applied online, got a call/phone interview, scheduled in person interview, had in person interview which was very comfortable, maybe 30-45min, got the job offer call before I got home, went through occupational health requirements, background and paperwork requirements, started training a few days later.

    I applied for more than 15 jobs until finally getting an interview. Interview was with the senior clinical manager and he was kind. It was very relaxed and the interview went well.

    I received a call from the nursing recruiter, answered a few questions over the phone and set a date for a 1:1 interview. The interview lasted about 10 minutes and from there I started filling out the paper work and did a brief computer based competency tests, such as standard precautions, HIPPA etc,

    I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Banner Health in February 2012.

    HR called and scheduled interview. Met with hiring manager accompanied by another department employee. Was asked the typical behavioral interview questions. Was pressed somewhat aggressively for specifics when they were fishing for "negative" experiences. Everyone was nice, but overall, it was a little nervewracking.
