I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Baxter (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Applied through my school's career bulletin board. Got an interview. One interview with two interviewers. Interviewed at the front security guard's office. They seemed pretty accustomed to onboarding people often.Very nice people who seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person as opposed to asking bs behavioral/hypothetical questions.

There are many other candidates interviewing for this position. Tell us a good reason why we should choose you over others.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Baxter (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2019
Interview
It was actually a technician role and they advertised it differently. I was not happy about the entire process. The job title was misleading. The interview was relatively easy and relaxed.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Baxter in Aug 2018
Interview
I had a phone screening which later lead to an in person interview with three members of the research team. It was very laid back. I met for about 10 minutes with each person and each person had a different interview style. They basically wanted to get to know me as a person better and how I work with other people.

Question 1
Asked about my background and stuff on my resume. They also asked how I work with other people.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Baxter (Deerfield, IL) in Jun 2014
Interview
Quick and simple. First phone interview with manager, then full day panel interview. Usually about 3-5 people throughout the day. The questions were straightforward, nothing too complicated - there were no tests or quizzes. The interview was behavioral overall, there were only a few technical questions specific to the job and/or past experiences.
