Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5+ months. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health (Dallas, TX) in June 2012.

Interview

The interview process is pretty normal - apply on-line, go through an initial phone screen (if they call), go through an on-site interview (this particular one was an all-day, 7 hour affair, meeting multiple groups in multiple buildings/locations), wait for their decision/next steps.

Baylor is a big place, so you must take the initiative to differentiate yourself to get an initial interview and see the process through. I suggest networking with contacts who already work there to get noticed and snag that initial interview, then follow up! Everyone I met was very nice and willing to help.
