    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Bayshore Medical Center (Pasadena, TX) in October 2017.

    Interview

Initially applied on their website, a few days later was contacted by the hiring manager for an interview which they had setup in the next few days. overall the process was rather quickly. The interview was a panel style interview. The entire interview was a mix of asking about my current work and any aspiration and critiquing my resume and education skills. Most of the panel seemed friendly but a few came off as a bit aggressive. Overall was more of an interrogation than asking about joining a team to defeat a common goal
