I interviewed at Beacon Health Options
Standard two interview process over teams. The first one with the regional manager then the second with the head of the program. The interview was structure but the company was somewhat misleading that an offer would be coming.
- They asked to give an impromptu brief on the benefits they provide.

There were three interviews. One phone interview, and two video interviews. The director of the program was in the final interview. Your potential manager was in two of the interviews.
- They wanted to know about your working knowledge of the program.

I applied online. I interviewed at Beacon Health Options (Hartford, CT) in Mar 2014
Very lengthy. There are a total of three interviews. The first is a screening interview conducted over the phone; about 30 minutes. This is a brief review of the job description and your resume. The second is a full phone interview; about an hour. There are lots of situational/behavioral questions and reasons why you left previous employers. Lastly is a face to face interview. Mine was conducted in an airport restaurant. You will meet with your hiring manager, they will ask you more behavioral questions and have you give them a mock presentation on what they told you about the program. This took about 90 minutes. From application to hiring is about a two month process. Once they conduct a background, employment, and education investigation you have to take a drug test.
- Tell me about a time when you worked with a diverse team ?
- How do you manage multiple competing priorities?
- Based on everything that I explained, give me a five minute elevator speech that you would say to a community provider.
