I applied on the company's website and was contacted about 2 weeks later for an interview. I met with the manager of Admin Services and the team of people that I'd be supporting in the job. The entire process took about 3 hours.

Very simple and easy interview. No surprises. If you have answers prepared for the top 15 or so interview questions you would be well prepared. The interview lasted about 40 minutes, haven't heard back from them yet even though it was several weeks ago. One complaint would be that the job description online was not accurate compared to how the described the job in person.

The hire and interview process takes a very long time from initial application to actual sit down interview; seems like jobs are posted only because they have to be - jobs have already been filled by internal candidates. Job seekers are left hanging for months before hearing any news, good or bad
