Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bell Canada (Halifax, NS (Canada)) in September 2016.

Interview

There were quite a few steps to my interview:
1. Video Interview
2. Phone Interview
3. In-person interview with Regional Manager, Talent Manager and Store Manager at the same time
4. Informal Interview with the Store Manager at the location that I applied for
5. Background Check

I was given an offer to be employed and have gratefully accepted. The interviews are quite straightforward, the process itself was quite lengthy but it makes me feel even better knowing how far I made it

    Interview

Excellent method of hiring people. Focus on more of marketing and sales. Good online assessment which helps to identify potential candidates and that's the way a person can also get to know about his hidden potential. Also done group discussion to identify that a person can work in team or not ?. It seems like interview with some great training.

    Interview

Applied online, received a call back two weeks later. There are two interviews both structured very similarly with different individuals within the company. Very friendly staff and professional process. The interviews are all 1:1, and they ask you basic questions related to your experiences as well as some personality questions.

    Interview

I applied for a spot at Virgin Mobile as I had sold them before at a multi-carrier. THE LONGEST interview process I've EVER encountered and I've done maybe a dozen interviews.

First, you have to do an online test that has 3 sections based on math and language skills. If you pass that then you get an email less than a week later for the next step.

Second, you get the email saying you must do a video interview which they tell you to set aside 20 minutes for (you have to be in a quiet area and set up your camera so it has a clear view of you) then you start getting questions (you're given 30 seconds to think of an answer before you're recorded).

Thirdly, if you pass the video interview you get an email for a 2 hour group interview likely at the parent company's store. For this part, the group interview was fun however they forgot to mention they went ahead with solo interviews directly afterwards and (lucky me) I ended up being the last interview of the day. Moral of this story is to SET ASIDE A GOOD 4 HOURS for the group interview, you may get unlucky like I did.

Finally, you do a solo interview. I got the manager of the Bell store (he was very nice).

P.S I found out once I got there that they were interviewing for BOTH Bell and Virgin. The only issue is that I wanted to interview for Virgin alone but you can't win them all. I ended up getting a job offer for Bell instead and I accepted. Hopefully I can transfer to Virgin at a later date.
