It went very smooth, I was told in detail what the company values most which is customer service, and effective employee training, The job was described in a way that I would understand it comfortably and accurately. I felt the interview went very well and I did not feel pressured or felt like I was "put on the spot" when asked questions,

Availability. If I was not available for weekend shifts, this wasn't the job for me.
The process was smooth and very personable. It was a single in-person interview with the Manager. The questions were standard, and at the end of the interview, I was given an offer.

Mainly on customer service and availability. It took about 30 minutes for a face-to-face interview. They ask you how you handle a guest, how you handle difficult situations with guests etc.

They have you fill out a paper application and then the ask you basic interview questions and if you can do certain aspects of the job. They ask what your desired pay is too.
