First Round- General discussion Second Round- Managerial discussion The overall mode of the interview was direct interview and questions were more towards soft skills and particularly towards sales skills. There are no written exams or theory questions asked in the interview. Not very difficult to clear the first round of the interview although the second round will be more like a filtering round.
