Weird, behind locked door with staff outside watching like I was taking their job. Office smelled, dirty carpets. Owner was weird, too. Just didn't feel right and like he needed somebody really bad.

Not a lot questions, kept saying he didn't want drama.
I interviewed with Shaylee the recruiter and never heard back. I have followed up via email twice now --no response.
A "no" is better than no response.
Stop ghosting candidates.

It was a very smooth and easy and didn't last no more than 20 mins. It was over the phone and the lady was very informative on what position I was applying for!
