You will first have a phone interview with a staffing company / recruiter, this interview will be fairly straightforward however many of the questions are the same for both the phone interview and the interview which will follow with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager will be through Microsoft teams meaning you will be “face to face”.
- What would you do if you were having trouble finding the answer to a customer’s question?
