    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas in February 2014.

    Interview

This was the most painful process getting through to an interview I've ever experienced! Over 3 months from start till offer to get into the door? The recruiter for this position was so non-responsive to my requests, I ended up chasing him instead of vice versa. In addition, his verbal offer did not correspond correctly to the written offer and subsequently to the one passed through to the hiring manager.

    Interview Questions

    • Most of the questions were related on what my project management skills were for typical project scenarios.   Answer Question

    Interview

I applied through my university and got an interview after two weeks. There were a few math and behavioral questions. The managers were friendly throughout the whole process and provided helpful tips about their careers as well as promotion opportunities. They were interested in how you would behave during certain situations including solving conflicts or working under a time constraint.
