I would not recommend interviewing for this company. The interview was very brief and short. I felt as if I was rushed and some of the questions did not pertain to the job description.

It was very easy. I was asked to meet with the VP and then the CEO. Both meetings were brief and friendly. HR was very responsive to questions and kept me updated daily.

I was contacted via email for a phone screen for a open Marketing Manager position.

Outside of the recruiter being 15 minutes late to the call, he was very rude and came off as if he wasn't listening to any of the answers I was providing to his questions. He left a very bad taste in my mouth and because of this experience, I was thankful not to have been selected to moved forward in the process for this role. He made such a bad impression that he made me not want to work there.

After submitting mi resume via LinkedIn, I received an email from HR with some preliminary questions, then had an interview with HR in which I was asked basic information about my resume & my previous experience. And then I had a Skype interview with the CMO in which I was asked more in depth questions and the final interview was with 2 Sr Marketing Managers and discussed specific questions about marketing elements.

The company reached out to me via LinkedIn. I had a phone interview and then was asked to give a presentation without ever meeting with anyone in person or getting the formal job title. I was hesitant given these red flags, but they kept contacting me asking about this presentation. I optimistically submitted something and never heard from them again even after I reached out asking for feedback. I found this incredibly rude given they contacted me.

This was a very long interview process. I had 6 interviews in total and asked for references. My references were never called and I was given a canned email response. After devoting six hours of my time being interviewed, I expected a bit more than a canned response.

I applied to a very senior marketing position with Blue Fountain. The HR manager conducted a screening interview and then scheduled me for an interview with the CEO. The interview was rescheduled two times.

The CEO glanced at my resume as he walked me back to his office. His first question to me was how much I made. And he immediately said that my salary was too high. The entire interview lasted just a few minutes and I never actually sat down in a chair.
