Interview
First a phone interview asking about your previous experience and a little bit about yourself. Then they bring you into the clinic for more questions and a tour. After that they ask for a few references and then once they talk to them they will call and let you know if you got the job or not.

It was a pretty straightforward and fast interview process. It was only two parts. First I did a phone interview and then i did an in person interview. At the interview in person they spoke to me and watched me as I interacted with kids in the center.
It was easy and informal. I got to observe and see how it worked. They were nice and welcoming. They didn't ask a lot of questions and seemed desperate for workers.

Interview
The interview was quick and over video call. I was given an offer letter the same day. There was a prescreening phone call and I had the video call a few days later.
