The interview was straightforward and focused on basics: why Boeing, interest in aerospace, and a walk-through of my resume. The interviewer was professional, the process was structured, and the questions were standard. Overall, a clear and simple experience with no unexpected technical challenges.

Applied via campus recruiting and got a phone call for an interview after a few weeks. There were two interviews via phone call over the course of 2 weeks. Questions for the first one was very typical behavioral questions and the second one was more unconventional.
