The process was streamlined and informative. Very conversational. It consisted of several video calls. Everyone was super upbeat and friendly. It was an interview panel from various departments which was helpful.

Interview
8 rounds as it was a global role. Being based in APAC, the interview consisted of APAC stakeholders (mainly in Singapore) and then key leaders from the Boston HQ. The interviews were open and friendly, mainly looking at personality and fit, rather than skills or specific work experience.
