The interviewer was nice but in the end gave me a negative feedback. First, they made me introduce myself and talk about why I want to join the firm. The atmosphere was relaxed
- Mainly questions about my CV, my motivation and a short case

Super interessante und diverse Leute. Der Case war relativ schwierig und komplex, aber man konnte mit den richtigen Fragen schnell ans Ziel kommen. Es gab genug Pausen und Zeit für Fragen. Alle waren super freundlich.

I applied online. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Chicago, IL)
Online one way interview to get into Bridge2BCG program and a pymetrics test alongside the other standard application materials, like resume and background. Was followed by a recruiting event and 2 rounds of interviews. One included an online case component and a fit check, which was just friendly questions about myself and my background. Second round was with a couple partners in the traditional case interview style. Most questions were very open ended in both round 1 and 2.
- Tell me about your background

It was good, but I never received a feedback from partner. Which is weird. I have spent 6 months of preparation and interview process and no one spent a minute to give a feedback. Disgusting experience.

Given: 32 bln - current cost of milk supplies which corresponds to 40% of total costs; 10% of current profit margin of farmers and 0.8 bln of transportation costs. Own farm can satisfy only 25 % of our demand

I apply via website then get followup in about 2 weeks via email. First phase was an online test where I have to answer a mockup case interview. Second was a quick interview with recruiter to understand my background and profile. Last continue 2 interviews with consultant. Overall the experience is good. Unfortunately I did not pass/hear any feedback.
