    Interview

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT INTERVIEW WITH THIS COMPANY.. After four seperate interviews and a background check......only to be told they are going with someone else via US MAIL!!! Spent hours of time on a field interview only to not be given the position. What a waist of time. I believe it is racial discrimination as I am a Black male with a college degree in St.Loui MO.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Boy Scouts of America (Saint Louis, MO) in July 2014.

    Interview

I first received a phone call from someone requesting to interview me. A few days later, during the interview process I was given a description of the duties of the district executive for the Gravois Trails District. I was also asked workplace scenario questions. I was then told I would receive a follow-up phone call, and/or an e-mail. I ultimately didn't get the job, but found out that no one who was interviewed was qualified enough; and that the job had been filled internally.

    Interview

It was not too difficult. Asked basic questions and wanted to know background information. Gave a rundown the position being interviewed for and what the expectations are. I would say it was an easy interview. It almost seem to be like a conversation which makes it a lot easier.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at Boy Scouts of America (Santa Ana, CA) in February 2012.

    Interview

Very professional, company was focused on a certain professional designation which was only listed as desired in the job description but when it came down to it, was required. Seems like a great opportunity and a great culture. Would have loved to have had the the chance to go further in the interview process.
