My experience with the interview process at this company was mixed. While the initial screening with HR went smoothly and covered the usual questions, I found the second stage interview to be disappointing. I was only asked one technical question, which I felt was not a good indicator of my overall technical knowledge and experience. Despite this, I received feedback that I lacked technical knowledge and was not selected for the role. I believe that more thorough technical questioning and evaluation could have helped to better assess my skills and experience. However, I also agree that the company could benefit from a more transparent selection process. That being said, I appreciate the opportunity to interview and hope that the company can take steps to improve their evaluation of candidates in the future. I agree with previous reviews that suggest that the selection process may be subjective and lack transparency.
